What is Business Credit Card Management?

It's a self-service dashboard within BrightStar's Business Online Banking that lets you manage all your business credit cards in one place — add cardholders, set spending limits, track transactions, order replacements, and make payments.

Do I need a special account to use it?

You need a BrightStar Business Credit Card (such as the Business Elite Rewards Card) and access to Business Online Banking. If you have both, Card Management is available in your dashboard at no additional cost.

Can I add multiple employees as cardholders?

Yes. You can add new cardholders instantly from the dashboard. Each cardholder gets their own card, and you control their spending limits and access.

Can I set spending limits per cardholder?

Yes. You can set individual spending limits for each cardholder to keep your business budget under control. Limits can be adjusted anytime from the dashboard.

How do I order a replacement card?

Log in to Business Online Banking, go to Card Management, and select the card that needs replacement. You can order a new card in just a few clicks — no phone calls or branch visits required.

Can I track spending in real time?

Yes. The dashboard shows real-time transaction activity for all cards on your account. You can see who spent what, when, and where.

Is it available on mobile?

Yes. Card Management is accessible through BrightStar's mobile banking app, so you can manage cards, track spending, and make payments from your phone.

How do I get a Business Credit Card?

Visit our Business Elite Rewards Credit Card page to learn about features and apply. Once approved, Card Management will be available in your Business Online Banking dashboard.
