According to the National Safety Council, a fatal
injury strikes someone in the U.S. every 2 seconds. To help protect
you and your family, we've made it easy for you to receive Accidental
Death and Dismemberment Insurance.
From time to time, BrightStar CU members may receive an offer in
the mail for $2000 in Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
at NO COST. You can choose to accept this valuable benefit by simply
returning the acceptance forms which are provided with the mailing.
You may also purchase from $10,000 to $250,000 in additional coverage
for as low as $1 per month. Insurance premiums will be deducted
quarterly from your BrightStar CU account if you elect to purchase additional
coverage.
This insurance is available only by mail. We encourage you to read
the materials carefully when you receive them and take advantage
of this special offer.
